TYLER MCCALL

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Tyler McCall is the founder and CEO of Rafter J. He is a native Texan from a family of farmers and ranchers who instilled a strong work ethic and a drive for success. He is actively involved in all aspects of the company, driving significant year over year growth since inception. His current focus is supporting the expansion of the organization’s service offering to provide construction services in addition to heavy equipment rentals and trucking. Mr. McCall’s background spans across several large organizations which have provided years of experience with blue chip companies and managing large projects and teams. Specifically, his previous roles all required disciplined management of numerous personnel and vendors both on and off site to ensure projects were completed as scheduled and within budget. This mindset has been engrained since the start of his career and has served as a pillar of Rafter J’s operation from inception. Prior to founding Rafter J, he was with Concho Oil Gas where he managed numerous highly technical development projects and was tasked with the oversight of more than 100 employees. Mr. McCall has continuously been identified as a leader among his peers and has received recognition for his unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of those who report to him.

JOHN FRALEY, SR.

DIRECTOR OF RENEWABLES

John Fraley, Sr has served as Rafter J’s Director of Renewables since joining the company in 2021 and has been instrumental in Rafer J’s expansion into the renewables construction segment. Mr. Fraley brings a storied career that spans more than four decades in the energy infrastructure space and provides unmatched experience to Rafter J’s management team. Mr. Fraley has been responsible for the development of numerous large-scale wind, solar, nuclear, and other energy projects for numerous industry leaders such as Primoris Services Corporation, Kinder Morgan, TVIG, Babcock and Brown, and Enron Wind Corp, to name a few In this capacity, Mr. Fraley has overseen the installation of 1,000 wind turbines, and multiple gigawatts of solar, natural gas, and nuclear power generation facilities. His experience is heavily weighted toward project management (including on site operations) as well as client relationship management, which has allowed him to develop extensive relationships with tenured executives and workers across the industry. By leveraging Mr. Fraley’s hands on experience, Rafter J has been able to provide general contractors with support that ranges from bid estimates to project execution, and at times, service as their in-house estimator. This “partner mentality” has resulted in Rafter J being a “first call” and even the exclusive civil subcontractor for companies where a similarly sized competitor would almost never be considered. Specifically, Rafter J has been requested to participate alongside contractors for bids totaling more than $750 million (Rafter J’s portion only) since expanding into the construction space in mid 2022, a testament to Mr. Fraley’s respected position in the industry and the strength of his relationships.

VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

John Fraley, Jr joined Rafter J in 2021 as its Vice President of Construction and is positioned to lead the Construction Division upon retirement of his father, John Fraley Sr. Since childhood, he has received invaluable guidance and mentorship from John Sr which served as the foundation for his extensive career in the construction space. In his current capacity, he is primarily responsible for all the company’s construction operations. He has been a key contributor to more than $750 million worth of bids submitted by Rafter J, as well as managed all aspects of the company’s Construction Division since its founding in 2021. Mr. Fraley’s hands on experience has played a significant role in Rafter J’s ability to execute its transition into the construction services segment. Throughout Mr. Fraley’s career, he has served in multiple roles across numerous projects ranging from a superintendent and ultimately construction manager. His resume includes projects in the oil and gas, pipeline infrastructure, and renewables construction spaces, holding positions with notable companies such as Goldwater Midstream, KV Power, Blitz Energy, and Primoris Service Corp, among others.
